Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Arya&Mo. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’ve made our returns easy. 

 

Return Process

Contact us at info@aryaandmo.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Shipping costs must be covered by the customer and this will not be included in the refund or store credit. Please note Arya&Mo will not be held responsible for any lost packages so we recommend adding tracking to your items. Returns and store credits are processed within 2-3 business days after the order is received and assessed by us.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@aryaandmo.com.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns about our return policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.

 

Return conditions:

  • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of delivery from Arya&Mo. Any items posted after this timeframe may be rejected.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags attached) to be eligible for either a refund or store credit.
  • Once Arya&Mo has received your returned package, all returned will be inspected before a refund or store credit is issued.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment for your records.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Final sale items and sample items cannot be returned or exchanged.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@aryaandmo.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 301151, Albany, 0732, New Zealand.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item (depending on availability).


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
