Arya&Mo ships worldwide.
Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.
New Zealand Shipping
Flat rate of $8 for all orders.
North Island Deliveries: Please allow 1-2 workings days
South Island Deliveries: Please allow 2-4 working days
Rest of the world
Australia - Rate of $15-$25 NZD (depending on weight of shipment) - Express delivery target: 3-6 working days*.
Rest of the world - Rate of $20-$30 NZD depending on weight -
Express delivery target 3-8 working days*
Standard delivery target 5-10 working days*
Express international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Standard international orders are shipped via NZ Post.
*Please note that the shipping time frames are estimates only and do not include customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of our control.
International Taxes and Customs Charges
For international orders: please note the customer is responsible for any additional tax, duties or customs charges incurred. These charges vary depending on the country, we suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information regarding import charges. These charges are not including in checkout.
To comply with international shipping laws we must declare the goods as 'Merchandise' and not gift, even if it is intended to be a gift.

Arya&Mo will not be held accountable for any missing or misdelivered packages. Any requests for changes to your shipping address must be made directly to Arya&Mo's customer care service prior to the shipment of your order.
Arya&Mo will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages during transit. Additionally, shipping costs for orders are non-refundable.
